In 2006, this land was a worn-out dairy farm. We started planting trees — native hardwoods, fruit trees, restoration species.

"What a vacation!!!! We travel frequently and can say this is truly one of our favorite vacations and places we have ever stayed. The hospitality of Paul and his family, the cleanliness of the house, the AMAZING meals at Rosita's, and the organized planning that was done for us prior to arrival are all just the tip of what was an amazing stay. The only thing I would have done differently would have been to extend our stay longer. When you book your trip here, make sure to include a couple of days to lounge by the pool and enjoy the beautiful grounds. You will not regret it!
